Partnership Agreement Signed Between Yamaguchi Saikyo Bank and OS Selnajaya

OS Selnajaya (President Director: Yuya Ono) has made a partnership agreement with Yamaguchi Saikyo Bank to solve labor shortages in Yamaguchi Prefecture and support the region's economic growth.

Like other regions in Japan, Yamaguchi Prefecture faces significant labor shortages due to declining birthrates, an aging population, and the migration of young people to urban areas. Meanwhile, Indonesia is experiencing a demographic 'bonus period,' which has led to high youth unemployment rates.

To meet the needs of both countries, OS Selnajaya will facilitate the placement of young Indonesian workers in Japan, contributing to the regional economy while supporting their individual career growth through work experience in Japan.
